Pineapple smoothie recipe
    Kick-start your day with this healthy, homemade smoothie from Summah O'Donnell.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of pineapple diced
 - 2 cm knob of ginger, finely diced
 - 1 cm knob of turmeric, finely diced
 - 1 cup of coconut cream
 - 2 cups of coconut water
 - 1 tbsp slippery elm powder
 - Cinnamon and cumin to taste
 - Raw honey to taste
 
Blend until well combined and serve over ice cubes.
