Hazelnut chocolate mousse (super healthy!)

Dorota and Walter Trupp introduce us to the beauty and simplicity of delicious raw vegan food.

Ingredients (4 – 6 serves)

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 cup of finely blended hazelnuts (grind until almost a paste)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • ¾ cup of raw cacao powder
  • ½ cup of raw honey

Place the hazelnuts into a blender or food processor and mix as fine as possible until it is almost a paste.

Peel and remove the stone of the avocados and add together with the coconut milk, cacao powder and honey and blend to a fine puree.

Fill into glasses and chill.

Before you serve, garnish with chopped hazelnuts and fresh berries.
