Green smoothie with banana, kale, spirulina & chia seeds

Utilise nature’s medicinal foods wherever possible to ensure a happy, healthy body.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 banana
  • Small handful of berries of your choice
  • 3 stalks of kale (stalks cut away)
  • 1-2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 tsp spirulina/chlorella/barley grass mix
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt


Blend ingredients together until smooth in consistency and serve in a chilled glass.
