1. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury of suffering or sustained in connection with any of the prizes offered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

6. To enter the competition, entrants must answer the following question:
7. In 25 words or less, name at least ONE product from the Singing Dog Vanilla range and how you would use it in a recipe. Entries must be emailed to the editor and contain your name, address and phone number - editor@nourishmag.com.au
8. The competition will be judged by the editor of Nourish Magazine, and will be judged based on the 5 most creative answers. The 5 winners will each receive a $100 online voucher compliments of TBD Imports and Singing Dog Vanilla www.tbdimports.com.au
9. The total prize value is $500 with a total of 5 vouchers to be won. Each online voucher is valued $100. Each voucher can be redeemed on www.tbdimports.com.au.
10. Winners will be notified on Friday 6th February, 2015 via email and phone (if possible).
11. Start Date of Competition: Monday 1st December 2014
12. End Date of Competition: 5pm on Wednesday 4th February, 2015
13. Date, time and place drawn: 12 noon on Thursday 5th February, 2015
