7. The competition will be judged by the editor of Natural Health on the 21st of January 2015 at 9am and the winning entry will be the most creative answer as judged by the editor.

11. The competition commences on the 30th of October 2014 at 9am and closes on the 12th January 2015 at 5pm with the winners drawn on the 21st January 2015 at 11am at the office of Blitz Publications & Multi Media Group.
12. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondences will be entered into.
